PRODUCT MANAGER

•     To manage the brand and ensure the Company’s sales and profitability objectives are met.
•     To develop marketing plans and implement ATL & BTL activities.

•     To monitor and control A & P expenditure within budget allocation.

Requirements

•     Female / Male, 27-35 years old.
•     A degree in Pharmacy, Science or Biology.   
•     3-5 years’ working experience in product management in the Pharmaceutical industry.
•     Experience in launching new products.
•     Possess strong leadership qualities and communication skills.
•     Enthusiastic, confident and able to work in a team and work under pressure.
•     Mature with strong analytical skills and able to conceptualize, develop and implement marketing & promotion programs.
•     Possess excellent presentation skills.
•     Computer & English Literate.
•     Willing to travel.
•     Those with working experience in dermatological product (Ethical and OTC ) will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

•     Serves as an advocate for MSD science within the health care community
•     Must develop an understanding of regional and national thought leaders and the health care environments to build, sustain and expand leadership position with medical and scientific leaders that are centered on science and credible exchange of unbiased scientific information.
•     Execute medical service for the assigned franchise (s) including but not limited to trainings for internal customers, create and execute medical strategies that deliver value for new launches and key in-line growth drivers
•     Develop attributes that address unmet medical needs throughout the lifecycle of the brands
•     Help inform our therapeutic areas’ value in appropriate use, as perceived by external customers and stakeholders
•     Maintain a strong culture of collaboration and seamless interactions with different functions such as marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical trial, pharmacovigilance etc for company initiatives to contribute to business growth

Requirements:

•     Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from reputable universities. Preferably Medical doctor (or science-related degree).
•     Minimum 1 year work experience in pharmaceutical industry (with medical-related responsibilities)
•     Willing to travel domestic/overseas
•     Strong analytical skills
•     Good communication and interpersonal skills, including good English skills (verbal & written)
•     Good computer literacy
•     Positive attitude, and able to work in a team
