Supervisor Recruitment and Organization Development
Surabaya

Responsibility:

•     Employee recruitment and ensure it runsin accordance with SOPs and competency positions.
•     EnsureMan Power Fullfillmentin accordance with thedeadlines.
•     Prepareand developthe concept ofhuman resourcestosupport increasedproduction and culture through the cadre and training.
•     Creating a psychologi calexamination report for the selection process of prospective employees and regeneration
•     Handles the implementation of ISO9001:2008 for the Dept.HRGA.

Requirements:

•     Male/ Female; 35 years old (max).
•     Min. bachelor degree from Psychologist reputable university. Min. GPA: 3.00 (Scale 4.00). Preferable from Master of Psychologist or Proffesional Psychologist
•     Minimum 2 years experiencein the same field
•     Analytical, independent and able to take initiative.
•     Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Highly result - oriented.
•     Proficient in Indonesia and English spoken
•     Willing to be placed at Surabaya or Bekasi

Requirements:

•     Female
•     Maximum ages are 30 years old
•     Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting with minimum GPA: 3.00 (in a scale of 4.00) from a reputable university
•     Minimum 2 years experienced as a staff financeat a reputable company, preferably in a manufacturing company
•     Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative

Assistant Manager Marketing Forecast

Responsibilities:

•     Making forecast industry and monitoring the implementation result with the production forecast
•     Create marketing forecast
•     Analyse sales trends
•     Measure forecast accuracy

Requirements:

•     Male or female ; 40 years old (max)
•     A bachelor degree (S1) in industrial engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 scale
•     At least 3 years experience in supervisor forecast industry.
•     Proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable mandarin spoken would be an advantage.
•     Mastery Ms. Excel and statistically.
•     Able to analyze sales.
•     Able to develop production planning.

Responsible :

    Creating design correlated with ceramics placed on rooms, buildings, areas, office, etc. Ensure every design accuracy target is achieved.

REQUIREMENTS:

•     Female; 30 years old (max)
•     A bachelor degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering or Interior Design from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
•     Welcome to fresh graduate or experiences design interior.
•     In depth knowledge in interior design activities (creating an interior design based on customer’s request).
•     Mastery in AutoCAD, 3D’s Max; Render V-Ray; Adobe Photoshop.
•     Proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken.
•     Able to work under pressure, good communication, good looking, well-mannered and good working in team.
•     Willing to be placed at Jakarta.

Staff System Development

Responsibilities:

    Create a program using Delphi.

Requirements:

•     Male or Female, max. 35 years old.
•     Min. S1 Informatica Engineering , with min. GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
•     Minimum 1 years experienced in the field of progammer, (made a database program with Delphi)
•     Able to work in a team
•     Mastery in Delphi and SQL Command

Requirements:
