We are seeking an Assistant 3D Artist for our Jakarta office, PT. Townland International to work on our rapidly growing portfolio of work across the Asian region. Candidates will ideally possess/be:

ASSISTANT 3D ARTIST

•     Creative and innovative;
•     Familiar with 3D architectural programs;
•     A Degree or Diploma in Art and Design Interior preferred;
•     Diverse software skills (3D Studio Max, Photoshop, InDesign Freehand, PowerPoint);
•     Portfolio of high quality photorealistic 3D perspectives;
•     1- 4 years of working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

OFFICE MANAGER

•     Experienced in business planning and implementation;
•     Able to set up branch offices in the Asia Region;
•     Able to manage office operations, including general affairs, accountant & finance, marketing and HR;
•     Able to build and maintain business relationships with Clients;
•     Proven leadership ability in a multidisciplinary environment;
•     Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
•     5 years business management experience.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:

•     Degree in Accounting;           
•     Able to handle full sets of accounts;
•     Able to handle taxes and deal with the Tax Office (PPH 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, VAT, Pajak Tahunan
•     Badan i.e. SPT 1770 & SPT 1721 and Orang Pribadi i.e. SPT 1770);
•     Strong understanding of cash flow, forecasting and budgeting;
•     A minimum of 5 years experience in handling full sets of accounts;
•     Fluent Indonesian and English language skills.

Secondary Requirements

•     Familiar with Microsoft spreadsheet and similar applications
•     Familiar with Accounting Software and knowledge of how to create a 'financial statement' manually
•     Ability to liaise with third parties (i.e. : Banks, Money Changers, BKPM, external auditors, etc)

SENIOR ARCHITECT / SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER

•     An experienced architect specialized in Urbanism;
•     Able to represent us at international conferences and seminars;
•     Able to coach and train on urban designers towards a full understanding of sustainable design;
•     Dedicated to innovative planning and design solutions for complex urban issues;
•     Passionate about Sustainable Urbanism;
•     Highly creative and innovative;
•     Highly ambitious with a view of international recognition;
•     7 years postgraduate experience;
•     Solid experience in the project management of signature projects;
•     Willing to undertake international travels.

ASSISTANT URBAN DESIGNER

•     Dedicated to innovative planning and design solutions for complex urban issues;
•     Passionate about Sustainable Urbanism;
•     Highly creative and innovative;
•     0-2 years postgraduate experience;
•     A relevant urban design / architecture background;
•     Willing to  learn the skills required for becoming a worldclass Urban Designer.
