PERHOTELAN

FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities

• Handling reservations by phone , email and walk in guests
• Handling check in / check out process
• Handling payments transaction
• Handling guest requirements, Customer service
• Handling out going and incoming call
• Always be uniform while during working hours

Any other duties may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management

Requirements

• Male or Female, max. age of 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communication, Marketing , Business Management or Equivalent
• Familiar with Microsoft Office , internet and Hotel system programme
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication (fluency in English) , Mandarin is advantage
• Honest ,energetic ,good interpersonal skills, good relationships, good initiative, good working attitude , guest service oriented, well grooming and pleasant personality
• Possess minimum 1 years experience in same position
• Able to teamwork
• Adaptability coping with the diversity of guests and their needs
• Availability all the time including weekends and public holidays with shifting work
• Able to work immediately
• Applicants must be willing to work in Central Jakarta
• Benefits : Medical & Service Charge Allowance

BELLBOY

Responsibilities

• Handling welcoming guests
• Handling guests luggage
• Escorts guests to the room
• Open to door car
• Must check the lobby area at all times (doors, floors,windows , etc)
• Must open the door for each and every person entering and exit the building
• Should keep the front door and lobby areas
• Any other duties may be assigned to you from time to time by the management

Requirements

• Male max. age of 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a SMK/SMA graduate
• Able to speak english languange Min. Passive , Mandarin is advantage
• Honest ,energetic ,good interpersonal skills, good relationships, good initiative, good working attitude , guest service oriented, well grooming and pleasant personality
• Possess minimum 1 years experience in same position
• Able to teamwork
